  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for digital products.

  • If you experience any issues with the file (e.g., corrupted download, compatibility problems), please contact us on WhatsApp immediately. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue or provide a replacement if necessary.

  • Custom designs are also non-refundable once approved and delivered.
