  • No physical items are shipped.

2. Ordering Process

  • Purchases are made by contacting us directly on WhatsApp and referencing the product code listed on the website.

  • Payment must be confirmed before any file is delivered.

3. Delivery

  • Files are delivered digitally via WhatsApp or secure download link.

  • Most deliveries are made within a few hours of payment confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been delivered.

  • If you experience technical issues with a file, please contact us for support.

5. Usage Rights

  • STL files are licensed for personal and commercial use, unless stated otherwise.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the original design.

6. Custom Designs

  • Custom reliefs are created based on client specifications and are also non-refundable once delivered.

  • Estimated delivery time for custom work will be shared during the WhatsApp conversation.

7. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy and only collect basic contact information to process orders and provide support.

  • We do not share your data with third parties.

8. Modifications

  • Tarun Relief Works reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
